Shipping
Australia Post is our preferred method of shipping. For smaller orders a padded bag will be used and larger orders a registered post bag. If you would rather your smaller order to be registered, please contact me for any extra costs.
Local customers in the Naracoorte area, please contact me for a code to be used in the checkout to ensure no postage costs are added, and we can arranged a delivery or pick up point.
I offer free postage for any orders over $100, please use the discount code FREE100 at the checkout.
If you are from outside of Australia and are interested in purchasing, please contact me for a quote on postage before you order.
Returns
I aim to make your shopping experience as joyful as the making process is for me. I will happily exchange or refund any items that are faulty.
If you change your mind, I'm happy to exchange any unused and unworn items. Please contact me before returning goods, and remember to send a self addressed post bag to accommodate the exchanged items.
Safety
My jewellery is intended for adults. While silicone beads are great for babies to chew on while being worn by their mother, they are not a toy. No child should be left unsupervised with any pieces of jewellery.
